Cantina means “canteen” in Italian and was inspired by the history of Tai Kwun. The first floor of the Old Police Headquarters was once used as the police officers’ mess – a place for casual lunches and rowdy merrymaking.

Today, Cantina keeps this tradition alive with comforting Italian favourites served alongside southern European interiors and fragrant lemon trees.
